A silencer refers to a noise reduction device used for air ducts with noise propagation, which includes管道 equipped with absorbent linings, elbows, or utilizes abrupt changes in cross-sectional area and other discontinuities in acoustic impedance to attenuate or reflect back the noise within the duct. The former is known as a resistive silencer, while the latter is called a reactive silencer; there are also silencers with a composite impedance.

TA Type Steam Safety Valve Silencer for Various Steam Safety Valves

Safety valves for power plant boilers (power release valves), drum safety valves, superheater safety valves, reheater safety valves, and other pressure devices' safety doors. The steam exhaust should avoid excessive noise and ensure smooth steam flow without affecting the safety valve's discharge, operation, and return. Therefore, the traditional methods of multi-stage throttling and small-hole injection for noise reduction are not suitable. This restriction has always been a design challenge for safety valve silencers and a reason for their poor noise reduction performance. The new TA-type safety valve exhaust silencer for safety valves utilizes a spray impedance composite noise reduction principle, replacing the smaller diameter flow control holes with larger diameter expansion holes. This structure strengthens the resistance and reactance noise reduction mechanisms, achieving a higher safety coefficient and improved noise reduction.

TB Type Ignition Exhaust Muffler for Boilers and Steam Equipment

The TB type boiler exhaust silencer integrates the rational noise reduction principle of the PB type exhaust (gas) silencer. After high-pressure steam passes through a single flow control inside the silencer, it enters the pressure-reducing chamber. After being expanded and reduced in volume again in the large chamber, the exhaust noise often exceeds the standard value due to reasons such as deviation from the design value. To address this, a composite noise and sound absorption hood made of multiple materials is designed outside the pressure-reducing chamber. This composite hood is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure-reducing chamber, and is used to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After installation according to specifications, the total noise reduction can reach 36 to 42 decibels.

3. TD Type Low-Pressure Steam Muffler for Various Low-Temperature, Low-Pressure Thermal Equipment

A significant number of industrial and mining enterprises utilize low-pressure boilers with pressures of 0.13 MPa and below, and there are also numerous low-pressure thermal devices in power plant heat systems, such as back-pressure turbines, deaerators, auxiliary exhaust blowers, turbine oil pumps, continuous boiler blowdown, and periodic blowdown. To meet the requirements of exhaust piping, these equipment are equipped with lightweight, easy-to-install silencers. For different noise reduction targets, specialized TDb-type back-pressure turbine exhaust silencers, TDy-type deaerator silencers, and other series of noise reduction products are designed to meet customer needs.

4. TC Type Specialized Silencer for Boiler Commissioning Blowing and Industrial Pipeline Installation and Maintenance Inspection

The TC type pipeline flushing silencer is a specialized exhaust silencing and noise reduction device developed to reduce the noise generated during the flushing of the pipeline outlet and exhaust gas emission during the trial operation of power station boilers. It can also be used for flushing, silencing, and debris removal after installation or maintenance of other industrial and civil pipelines.

7. CP Type Exhaust Muffler for Diesel Generators, designed for diesel generator exhaust noise reduction

Diesel generators, known for their excellent economic and power performance, are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises for production and operation. However, due to the smoke emitted during operation, which contains a certain amount of soot (commonly known as black smoke), the phenomenon is caused by incomplete fuel combustion. Therefore, conventional ventilation exhaust mufflers, such as micro-perforated plate mufflers and those with sound-absorbing fillings, are not suitable for use in such environments. The reason is that they can only temporarily reduce noise levels.
