I. Structural Style

1. The dust removal fan muffler features a resistive plate structure, which is composed of many parallel units of mufflers arranged in an orderly manner, offering high noise reduction and low resistance loss.

2. The honeycomb silencer is a resistive silencer that divides ventilation ducts into multiple small silencing channels, effectively increasing the upper failure frequency of the silencer. It offers good mid-to-high-frequency noise reduction performance. The silencer uses glass wool as the sound-absorbing material, zinc-plated perforated plates as the inner lining of the channels, and ultra-fine glass wool fabric as a protective layer. Depending on the area of the selected small channels, various duct cross-sections can be formed beyond the specifications table.
