This product utilizes compressed air for automatic blowing and a vacuum pump for automatic sampling, preventing clogging issues at the sampling point and making sampling easier. The sampling speed is controlled by adjusting the pressure of the compressed air. This ensures a more accurate measurement of the coal powder fineness. The sampling tube moves uniformly forward or backward to collect samples, achieving comprehensive sampling of the equal circular area within the pipeline. The samples obtained are highly representative.

Operators only need to collect the sample in front of the sampler after the set sampling time has elapsed. For instance, if an operator sets the sampling time for 9 AM, with a sampling duration of 10 minutes (adjustable), the operator would simply collect the sample at 9:10 AM. No further action is required, greatly reducing the operator's workload and improving sampling efficiency. The timer switch can be set for 16 timed events per day, meaning it can be programmed for 16 automatic sampling sessions.

2. Spot Sampling; the sampler is equipped with a programmable system, allowing for any sampling length to be set. For instance, if a sampling length of 600mm is set, the sampler will take samples at a uniform speed up to 600mm from the pipe wall, automatically retracting into the protective tube and positioning itself outside the coal powder air flow, resulting in minimal wear and extended lifespan.

3. Automatic blow-off; to prevent clogging of the sampling tube, the equipment performs an automatic blow-off after each automatic sampling, with adjustable blow-off time.
