I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Application
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
3.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively reducing noise from steam emissions in thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions of boilers and other gas noise emission control in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from propagating while allowing airflow through.Significant measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseTo assess the quality of an exhaust silencer, the following three aspects are primarily considered:
The noise reduction of the pipeline silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe mufflers can accommodate low to medium frequency bandwidth and high temperature and pressure conditions.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency band of emissions. Simply relying on small hole sound absorption is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Sound Absorber is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and impedance. It features large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency band, and targeted design (for various boiler, pressure vessel pipeline exhaust emissions with parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical), and the advantages of easy manufacturing and installation with stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for the sound absorption tube.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Power plant boiler steam emissions generally have high flow rates, and high flow rates have a significant impact on noise reduction through small holes. Therefore, we first need to control the flow, and then the steam that has been controlled flows into the expansion chamber to further reduce pressure and noise. After the steam is depressurized in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is emitted. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter holes. After ejection, the sound power across all frequency bands has been reduced, and the sound pressure level frequencies are pushed above 20,000Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive absorbent material structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the depressurizing body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the requirements.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the customers' emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.SureExcellent soundproofing effect.
