One.Preface
The deaerator is a special type of low-pressure thermal deaerator.
During the boiler feed water treatment process, deoxygenation is a crucial step. Oxygen is a primary corrosive substance in the feed water system and boiler. Oxygen in the feed water should be removed promptly, otherwise, it will corrode the boiler feed water system and components. The corrosion will produce iron oxide, which can enter the boiler, settle or adhere to the boiler tube walls and heating surfaces, forming difficult-to-dissolve iron scale that leads to poor heat transfer. Moreover, corrosion can cause pitting on the inner wall of the pipes, increasing the resistance coefficient. In severe cases of pipe corrosion, pipeline accidents may occur. The national regulations stipulate that the evaporation capacity is greater than or equal to2Steam boiler with a capacity of more than or equal to tons per hour and water temperature95℃All of our hot water boilers are deoxygenated. Over the years, many boilers have been seeking a cost-effective deoxygenation method for normal temperature water. Lianyungang Jiusheng Power Auxiliary Machinery Co., Ltd. has years of experience in designing and manufacturing deoxygenators.JSNCYIn-built Oxygen Remover Series(Also known as the new type of internal deaerator, internal spray deaerator)Advanced design and manufacturing processes are employed, offering numerous advantages over conventional deaerators in the industry. Several domestic companies, both established and under construction, have adopted the integrated deaerator technology, and all have achieved favorable operational results.
Two.Deaerator working principle
The deaerator generally includes two working processes.:
1.One-time Deoxygenation: Water not treated for oxygen is fed into the deoxygenation pipeline through the inlet, then ejected through nozzles to form a mist. The mist falls through the liquid-vapor mesh and thoroughly mixes with the steam entering through the steam inlet, achieving the deoxygenation temperature. Most of the oxygen in the water is then extracted and released through the exhaust port, completing the one-time deoxygenation process.
2.Deaeration: The purpose of secondary deaeration is to maintain the tank temperature consistently at the deaeration level to maximize the deaeration effect. This is achieved by heating the already deaerated water through the auxiliary heating port at the bottom, causing any undissolved oxygen from the primary deaeration to fully precipitate out, significantly reducing the oxygen content in the water, thereby completing the secondary deaeration.
Three.Integrated oxygen removal unit structure
JSNCYThe Type Series Inline Oxygen Remover consists of components such as an air-water mix heater, tank, soft water inlet pipe coil, secondary heating and reboiling tube, insulating board, cavitation prevention device, level gauge, thermometer, automatic overflow tank, safety valve, and electric valve, as shown in the figure.
Four.Internal Oxygen Remover Advantages
