I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam for thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe mufflers (silencers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the boiler steam emissions and other gas exhaust silencing in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles.A muffler is a device that blocks sound transmission while allowing air flow through.Significant measures for reducing the dynamic noise of steam exhaust. To assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency range of emissions. Simply relying on small-hole sound absorption is inadequate. The Aulii Exhaust Sound Absorber is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and impedance. It features large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency range adaptation, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust emissions, including parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical). The noise reduction tube is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and is easy to manufacture and install.
Four,Principle
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam discharge from power plant boilers typically has high velocity, which significantly affects the noise reduction of small apertures. Therefore, we first control the flow, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after the first flow control, where it further reduces pressure and noise. After the steam undergoes a large volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter apertures. After ejection, the sound power across various frequency bands has been reduced, and the sound pressure level frequencies are pushed up to above 20,000 Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires further reduction. We add a resistive sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure-reducing body to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels to meet the requirements.
Five.Selection
The muffler is meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements; accordingly, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.GoodExcellent sound-dampening effect.
