Pipe mufflers (silencers) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For use with: Steam Boilers &Steam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and gas silencing discharge of boilers in industries like oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing air flow through.Significant measures for reducing the dynamic noise of steam exhaustTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction efficiency of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Sanitation Standard for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe mufflers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. The pipeline silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long lifespan.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency range. Simply relying on small hole sound absorption is not sufficient. The Zhuli Exhaust Steam Silencer is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and impedance. It boasts large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency range, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting, including parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressures), with the advantages of being made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and easy to install.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Steam emissions from power plant boilers typically have high flow rates, which significantly affect noise reduction for small apertures. Therefore, we need to control the flow first, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after the initial flow control, where it undergoes further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam is depressurized in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small apertures. After ejection, the sound power in various frequency bands is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed to above 20,000Hz, significantly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the depressurization body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standards.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.SureExcellent sound-dampening effect.
