Two.Deoxygenator working principle
The deaerator generally includes two working processes.:
1.One-time Oxygen Removal: Water without oxygen enters the oxygen-removing pipe through the inlet, and is ejected in a mist-like form through nozzles. The mist falls and passes through the liquid-gas mesh, where it is thoroughly mixed with steam entering through the steam inlet. This process causes the misty water to reach the oxygen-removal temperature, with most of the oxygen in the water being extracted and released through the exhaust outlet, thus completing the one-time oxygen removal.
