(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular cooler features a flow operation where oil flows through the shell side and water flows through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is [insert coefficient value] times that of the inside tube.120-10The thermal resistance is primarily on the oil side. This equipment replaces traditional arch baffles with swirling guide vanes, with the main principle being that the cooled oil, after entering the cold oil cooler shell through the oil pump, is directed to rotate forward by the swirling guide vanes. The oil, while rotating, also washes along the circumferential direction of the pipes. The structural parameters of the pipes are the result of optimal selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance, safety, and reliability. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
