Tube-type Oil Cooler Utility Model Patent∶ZL 2014 2 0456485.0
One. Usage and Features∶
(1Application
Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all require oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized machinery. Based on the strengths of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in the heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular cool oil cooler operates with the oil flowing through the shell side and water through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is [insert coefficient value here] times that of the inside tube side.120-10The thermal resistance is primarily on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional arch baffles with swirl guide vanes. The main principle is that the cooling oil, after being pumped into the shell of the cooler, follows the swirl guide vanes to rotate and move forward. As it rotates, the oil washes along the circumferential direction of the pipes. The structural parameters of the pipes are the result of optimal selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance, safety, and reliability. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
(3Product Features
Tubular cool oilers have the following advantages compared to other types of cool oilers:∶
1. High thermal efficiency is a feature of the plate-type cooler.2-3Multiple
2.Tightly structured∶Its compactness is comparable to plate heat exchangers.1-2Multiple
3.Low oil resistance due to the use of swirl baffles, with oil entering in a tangential flow, which is beneficial for fluid operation.
4.Long service life, easy installation and maintenance∶The heat exchanger tubes have minimal thermal expansion stress, thus preventing common issues like cracking and leakage. Their tube-shell structure facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

3Selection Guidelines
A wide variety of turbine types are designed by domestic and international turbine manufacturers. Based on extensive data collection, our company has compiled various ordering and selection schemes for turbine oil coolers, as shown in the table. If users have special requirements, please contact our company. V. Installation of the oil cooler∶
1Preparation before installation
Coolant exchanger is pre-tested before shipment.0.6mpaHydrostatic testing is required. However, prior to installation, the provisions of the "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Electric Power Projects" (Turbine Section) should be followed.∶“Cold ink side should be operated at working pressure1.5Twice the hydrostatic test pressure, maintained.5No leakage for minutes.
2Coolant Separator Installation∶
(1The cooler support is mounted on a pre-prepared bracket and can reliably meet its dynamic and static load requirements.
(2Due to the change from an arch-shaped baffle to a swirl guide, the cold oil cooler's oil inlet should be in the clockwise direction; do not install it in reverse.
