I. Definition
Pipe mufflers (noise suppressors) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Application
For Use With: Steam Boilers &Steam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
ThreeFeatures
Pipe silencers (noise dampers) are primarily used for effectively muffling steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of other gases in industries like oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textiles.A muffler is a device that blocks sound transmission while allowing airflow to pass through.Significant measures for reducing the dynamic noise of steam emissionsTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The sound absorption of the pipe muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low and medium frequencies, as well as high temperatures and pressures.
3. The structure and dimensions of the pipe silencer are reasonable, cost-effective, and have a long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency emission band. Simply relying on small-hole noise reduction is not sufficient. The Zhuli exhaust steam silencer is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and damping, featuring large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency bandwidth, and targeted design (for various parameters such as low-pressure, medium-pressure, sub-high-pressure, high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure, subcritical, and supercritical pressure boilers and pressure vessel pipelines). The silencer tube is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for easy installation.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam exhaust from power plant boilers typically has high flow rates, and high flow rates significantly affect the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we need to control the flow first, and then the steam, after passing through the initial flow control, enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam undergoes a large volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter holes. After ejection, the sound power in each frequency band is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed to above 20,000Hz, significantly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reduction body to effectively absorb the remaining noise. Once installed according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standards.
FiveSelection
The muffler is meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.SureExcellent sound-dampening effect.
