Vacuum deaerators consist of deaeration heads, deaeration tanks, vacuum pumping systems, and vacuum water pumps, allowing for low-level installation. They are used for deaerating feed water in steam boilers,补给水除氧 for hot water heating boilers, and other systems requiring the removal of gases from water.
Cleaning of Equipment: Flush the vacuum deaerator and deaerator tank, as well as the recirculating water tank with incoming water. The deaerator should be periodically drained once and the water level monitored.
Inflow: Fill the deaerator tank and recirculating tank with water. The deaerator tank receives softened water; the recirculating tank receives softened water initially, with subsequent makeup water being raw water (tap water). Ensure the deaerator drain valve and waste valve are tightly sealed. Continuous supply of demineralized water should be maintained, with a supply pressure between 0.2 to 0.4 Mpa.
All measuring instruments should be complete and accurate. Particularly, the level gauge indicator of the deaerator must be precise. Each regulating control valve on the water side should be able to effectively regulate water pressure and flow.
All waste water tanks and pumps should be in good condition and ready for immediate operation.
