I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
Section 3:Features
Pipe silencers (noise dampers) are primarily used for effectively muffling steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions muffling and other gas emission control in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textile..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing air flow.Significant measures for reducing the dynamic noise of steam exhaust. To assess the quality of an exhaust silencer, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long lifespan.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency range of emissions. Simply relying on small-hole sound absorption is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Sound Absorber is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency adaptability, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust emissions with parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical), with the advantages of easy manufacturing and installation using stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for the sound absorption tube.
IV.Principle
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Power plant boiler steam emissions typically have high flow rates, and high flow rates significantly affect the noise reduction of small apertures. Therefore, we need to control the flow first, and then the steam that has been controlled enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam is subjected to a large-volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter apertures. After ejection, the sound power in each harmonic frequency band is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed up to above 20,000Hz, greatly reducing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reduction body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standards.
