Turbines, fans, coal millers, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all require oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized machinery. Building upon the strengths of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in the heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular cool oil cooler operates with the oil flowing through the shell side and water through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is that of the inside tube side heat transfer coefficient.120-10The thermal resistance is primarily on the oil side. This equipment replaces traditional arch baffles with swirl guide vanes. The main principle is that the cooling oil, after passing through the oil pump, enters the shell of the cooler and is guided by the swirl guide vanes to rotate and move forward. As it rotates, the oil also washes along the circumferential direction of the tubes. The structural parameters of the tubes are the result of optimal selection through multiple comparative tests, demonstrating excellent performance and reliability in use. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.

2Coolant Cooler Installation∶
