(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tube-type oil cooler operates with the oil flowing through the shell side and water through the tube side. This equipment replaces the traditional arch baffles with swirl guides, with the main principle being that the cooling oil, after entering the shell of the cooler through the oil pump, is directed to rotate by the swirl guides. As it rotates, the oil washes along the circumference of the pipes. The structural parameters of the pipes are the result of optimized selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance, safety, and reliability, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
