I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For: Steam Boilers &Steam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
Three.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of gases in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles.A muffler is a device that blocks sound transmission while allowing airflow through.Important measures for reducing steam exhaust noise in power performanceTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to low and medium-frequency broad bandwidth and high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency range. Relying solely on small-hole soundproofing is insufficient. The Aulivie Exhaust Sound Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency range adaptation, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting, including parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressures), with the advantages of easy manufacturing and installation of the soundproofing tube made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV).
Four,Principle
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Power plant boiler steam emissions typically have high flow rates, and high flow rates significantly affect the noise reduction of small apertures. Therefore, we first control the flow; the steam that has been controlled then enters the expansion chamber, where it is further depressurized and noise reduced. After the steam undergoes a significant drop in pressure in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam emissions. During this process, the gas flow exits through small orifices. After ejection, the sound power in each harmonic frequency band has been reduced, and the sound pressure level's frequency is pushed up to above 20,000 Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We add a resistive absorbent cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the depressurization body, to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the specifications.
Five,Selection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Therefore, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.SureExcellent sound-dampening effect.
