Recirculated water is a crucial component in industrial systems, involved in processes like system cooling and boiler water supply. Industrial water sources typically include river, sea, and groundwater, but the water quality requirements for the system are stringent. To better provide high-quality water for the system, advanced water treatment equipment is required. A removable-core industrial water filter can better adapt to various operational conditions. This type of equipment is widely used in power plants, chemical industries, and other sectors, where preliminary filtration of industrial water is indispensable. The market prospects are promising, and our company's research on this type of equipment can better meet market demands. This equipment can also better replace outdated filtration systems, achieving economic benefits in the market.
1. Features include:
(1) This filter model features a core that can be flexibly replaced.
(2) Filter components are tightly fitted on both sides, with no fit gaps and no occurrence of heavy fit gaps due to impurities escaping.
(3) Effluent facilities are flexible, utilizing flat funnel-style effluent systems with a rolling operation without sliding friction, ensuring smooth and noise-free operation.
(4) The actuator consumes less power and is easy to operate.
(5) The equipment has low water resistance, reducing the friction loss during water circulation operation.
(6) The equipment's filter parts feature a stainless steel spherical cup structure, which increases the filtering area, enhances filtering accuracy, and is compact in design.
2. Operating Principle:
The inlet flange is connected to the incoming water pipeline. The circulating water enters the lower cylinder of the filter, passes through the filter core, with impurities collected on the inside of the filter mesh. The purified water then flows to the upper part of the filter, exiting through the upper outlet and into the system. When the pressure transmitter detects an excessive pressure difference on both sides of the filter core, the motor starts, rotating the reducer shaft to operate. The drain funnel rotates to below the filter mesh, and the external drain valve opens, discharging under water pressure. The rotation axis rotates to the next filter core for drainage every 2 minutes until the pressure difference is within the set range. If the filter mesh is damaged after long-term operation or when changing the filtration accuracy, the equipment manhole can be opened for replacement.
