Section 3:Features
Pipe mufflers (noise dampers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the boiler steam emissions and other gas exhaust silencing in industries like oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that blocks sound transmission while allowing airflow through.Significant measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standard for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies, as well as high temperatures and pressures.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency band of emissions. Simply relying on small hole sound absorption is insufficient. The Auliy Exhaust Sound Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency band adaptation, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting, including parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressures), with the advantages of being made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for easy installation.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam discharge from power plant boilers typically has high velocity, which significantly affects the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we first need to control the flow, and then the steam, after undergoing initial flow control, enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam undergoes a large volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small orifices. After ejection, the sound power across various frequency bands is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequencies are pushed to above 20,000Hz, significantly reducing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reduction body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standards.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the customers' emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.GreatExcellent sound-dampening effect.
