The tubular cooler operates with the characteristic that oil flows through the shell side and water through the tube side. This equipment replaces the traditional bow-shaped baffle with a swirl guide plate. The main principle is that the cooled oil, after entering the cold oil cooler housing through the oil pump, is guided to rotate by the swirl guide plate. As it rotates, the oil also washes along the circumference of the pipes. The structural parameters of the pipes are the result of optimal selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance and safety, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
