I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments。
II. Application
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of gases in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textile, among others.A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing airflow through.Key measures for reducing steam exhaust noise performanceTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to low and medium frequency spectrums, broad bandwidths, and high temperatures and pressures.
3. The pipeline silencer features reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency range. Simply relying on small hole soundproofing is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Steam Sound Absorber is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and impedance. It features large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency range, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting at parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical), with the advantages of being made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and easy to install.
Section 4:Principle
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam exhaust from power plant boilers typically has high velocity, which significantly affects the noise reduction of small apertures. Therefore, we first control the flow, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after passing through the first flow control stage, where it is further pressure-reduced and noise-dampened. After the steam is pressure-reduced in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the gas flow is ejected through small apertures. After ejection, the sound power in each harmonic band is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed to above 20,000Hz, greatly reducing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the pressure-reducing body to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standard.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.SureExcellent sound-dampening effect.
