I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise attenuation for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Application
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
Three,Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of gases in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textile, among others..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing airflow to pass through.Significant measures for reducing the dynamic noise of steam exhaustTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The sound absorption of the pipe silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standard for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a broad frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. The structural dimensions of the pipeline muffler are reasonable, cost-effective, and have a long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency range of emissions. Simply using small hole sound absorption is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Sound Absorber is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction capacity, broad frequency adaptability, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust emissions, including parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical). The noise reduction pipe is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for easy manufacturing and installation.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Steam emissions from power plant boilers typically have high flow rates, and high flow rates significantly affect the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we need to control the flow first, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after passing through the initial flow control, further reducing pressure and noise. After the steam is depressurized in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small hole diameters. After ejection, the sound power in each frequency band is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed up to above 20,000 Hz, greatly reducing the noise. However, noise from certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the depressurization body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the requirements.
Five.Selection
The muffler is meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Therefore, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.GreatExcellent sound-dampening effect.
