I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
Section II: Usage
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of gases in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textile, among others.A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing air flow.Key measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noise. To assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise attenuation of the pipeline silencers meets the requirements of the "Hygiene Standard for Noise in Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipeline mufflers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. The structural dimensions of the pipeline silencer are reasonable, with low cost and long lifespan.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency range. Simply relying on small-hole sound absorption is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Sound Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, spray, and blockage. It boasts large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency range adaptation, and targeted design (for various boilers and pressure vessel pipeline exhausts, including parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, sub-critical, and super-critical). The noise reduction pipe is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and is easy to manufacture and install.
IV.Principle
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam排放 from power plant boilers typically has high flow rates, which significantly affect the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we first control the flow, and then the steam that has been controlled flows into the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam is subjected to a large-volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small orifices. After ejection, the sound power in each harmonic frequency band is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed up to above 20,000Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires further noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the pressure reduction body to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standards.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are carefully designed according to the user's emission target and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission target and parameters are eligible.GoodExcellent sound-dampening effect.
