5. Technical Requirements:
The electric shutter door is manufactured using Q235 material with a thickness of 2mm and 1.4529 lining. It features flange connections, ensuring the shutter's sealing reaches above 95%, and comes with a speed reducer and a multi-revolution electric actuator.
b. The total width of the blades (including the sealing strip) shall not exceed 800mm when the shield door is fully open, and the width on one side of the pivot shaft shall not exceed 400mm. The manufacturer must provide the final design drawings and outline dimensions, and we must confirm their accuracy before any production can begin.
c. The shutter door should have a clear on/off indicator. Each shutter door has 4 travel switches, with two switches each for the open/close positions.
d. The design working temperature for the baffle door is 55℃-65℃, the failure temperature is 120℃, and the flue design pressure is 2000Pa.
e. The butterfly door is directly connected to the non-metallic expansion joint flange. The supplier range of the butterfly door manufacturer includes imported full-face flanges, full and reverse flanges for export, connecting flanges for import and export, and the necessary fastening and sealing materials. They also provide drawings for the imported full-face flange. The non-metallic expansion joint manufacturer produces matching flanges according to the drawings for mating with the butterfly door.
f. Electrical and Instrumentation Requirements.
The electric actuator for the shutter door should use products from Shanghai Yiji Instrument Factory.
The actuator for the shutter door should be an intelligent integrated electric actuator. The main components of the electric unit include the motor, reduction gear, manual/electric switch, and handwheel, etc. The rated working power supply is 380VAC, 50/60Hz, and the protection grade is IP67. The actuator should include: heating and moisture-proof facilities, reversible contactor or magnetic starter, thermal relay or thermal-sensitive switch, remote/local switch, on/off buttons of the body, and signal devices (including torque switch, stroke switch, position indicator, etc.). All these components should be assembled together, forming what is known as an integrated valve electric actuator. The design and technical specifications of the valve electric actuator should comply with the requirements of DL/T 641-2005 "Electric Actuators for Power Station Valves."
Actuating mechanisms should be equipped with on-site opening indication tables, on-site operation handwheels, on-site operation locking devices, stroke switches, force switches, and control circuit equipment. The actuating mechanisms are equipped with a wiring terminal box and have a reliable grounding system. The actuating mechanisms should be fitted with stroke switches (adjustable) and torque switches, each with independent normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts. The stroke switch contacts should be of DPDT dry contact signal type, with a contact capacity of not less than 220VAC, 3A. In addition to the electrically operated stroke switches and torque switches, at least two sets of open position dry contact signals and two sets of close position dry contact signals should be provided for the buyer's use. The device should provide a feedback signal of 4-20m (power supplied internally) for the buyer's use. The device should be capable of accepting short-term open command dry contact signals (closed is effective) and close command dry contact signals (closed is effective).
The control circuit of the electric device employs stroke or torque control principles, and it can be conveniently adjusted on the electric device. Upon connecting the electric device to a 380V power source, simply switch the remote/local switch on the device body to the local position, and you can operate the on/off buttons on the device body to make the actuator move in the open or closed direction. A set of dry contacts for the remote control state should be provided for the buyer's use. The actuator cabinet should also be capable of providing a set of over-torque dry contact signals or actuator fault signals for the buyer. The actuator junction box should have sufficient cable ports to accommodate power cables, command signal and valve position feedback signal cables, and status signal cables. Detailed information such as the number of interfaces, their uses, and interface sizes should also be provided.
6. The scope of supply should include the complete door leaf assembly (including frame, body plate, actuator, handwheel, and all necessary seals and control components), flanges for both positive and reverse connections with fastening and sealing parts, electric actuator, control box, etc.
