Fire-retardant conveying belts, also known as integral core fire-retardant belts, are made by impregnating and plasticizing or vulcanizing the entire belt core with a polyvinyl chloride slurry. They feature high strength, large load capacity, and balanced transportation. This product also offers excellent fire-retardant, antistatic, shock-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties. It is mainly used for underground transportation in coal mines and can also be applied in the transportation of materials in the metallurgy and chemical industries. The integral core fire-retardant belts are available in PVC and PVG types.
Performance Features
Product Composition:
The upper and lower covers of the PVC type are made of PVC cover tape, with a single-sided adhesive thickness of ≥0.8mm. The PVG type features a combination of nitrile rubber and PVC for its upper and lower covers, with a single-sided thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 4.5mm. The PVC conveyor belts are suitable for transport angles less than <16o, while the PVG conveyor belts are suitable for angles less than <20o. Both are applicable for above and below ground transportation in coal mines.

Variety structure:
The flame-retardant conveyor belt is composed of cover rubber, belt core, and edge rubber. The belt core is made of structures such as all-cotton, cotton and nylon interlaced, nylon, polyester, and nylon and polyester interlaced canvas. Its rubber layer features self-extinguishing, flame-retardant, and antistatic properties.
