(1) During manual demolition work, it is strictly prohibited to gather personnel or stack materials on the floor slabs. Operators should stand on stable structures or scaffolding. The dismantled components should be placed in a safe location. (2) Manual demolition should be carried out from top to bottom, layer by layer, and should not involve vertical crossing operations. Holes on the work surface should be sealed. (3) It is strictly forbidden to use excavation or toppling methods when dismantling building walls. (4) The dismantling of balustrades, stairs, floor slabs, and other components should be coordinated with the overall demolition progress of the building structure. They should not be removed prematurely. The load-bearing beams and columns should be removed only after all components they support have been dismantled. (5) When dismantling beams or cantilever components, the supports at both ends should be cut after effective measures to control the descent have been taken. (6) When dismantling columns, the rebar at the bottom of the column should be chiseled out, and a manual winch should be used for traction. Then, the rebar on three sides of the column should be cut using gas welding, while retaining the rebar on the front side of the traction direction. (7) When dismantling pipelines and containers, the nature of the remaining substances must be identified, and appropriate measures must be taken to ensure safety before proceeding with the demolition work.
