Dragon's Blood Tree (scientific name: Dracaena draco (L.) L.), a evergreen tree of the Asparagaceae family, characterized by its tall, branched form, gray bark, and ringed leaf scars on young branches. The leaves are clustered at the top of the stem, resembling swords and deep green in color. The panicle is cone-shaped, with white flowers tinged with green and filiform stamens. The berries are orange and spherical. Flowering occurs from March to May, and fruiting from July to August. Native to Spain, tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, and also distributed in South China. The Dragon's Blood Tree thrives in sunlight, prefers a hot and humid environment, is not cold-tolerant, and enjoys loose, well-drained soil rich in humus.
