Beijing Dongye Industrial Park Energy Storage Air Source Energy Station for Cold and Hot Storage
The Dongjie Beijing Industrial Park covers 7000㎡ of cooling and heating areas, including office and apartment buildings. The original heating system used municipal heating with terminal radiators, while air conditioning was provided by split units. In early 2018, the park was renovated. After comparing multiple plans, the owner preferred the energy-saving water storage heating and cooling solution using off-peak electricity. Eventually, the Green Energy Huake Energy Storage Air Source Heat Pump Energy Storage and Cooling Energy Station with energy storage tank system was adopted to provide dual-energy storage heating and cooling for the buildings, with the terminal system changed to a fan coil system and central air conditioning system.
