Bao Long Art District Light Energy Storage SystemPhotovoltaic power generation + air-source heat pump heating and storage system
Baolong Art Garden is located at No. 21 Wangfu Street, Beijia Town, Changping District, Beijing, 25 kilometers north of Tiananmen Square. It boasts a 35,200 square meter site area and features a simple yet elegant architectural style with green bricks and grey tiles.We previously used a 4-ton and a 2-ton coal boiler as backups, with a building area of 40,000 m². Annual coal consumption is approximately 700 tons, and the annual heating operation cost is 700,000.
In 2016, after comparing various options (natural gas and electric boiler heat storage heating), and considering the existing resources of the park, due to the lower electricity consumption at night and the ample capacity, as well as the lower electricity rates after 11 PM, the Green Energy Huake Energy Storage Air Source Heat Storage Heating System was ultimately selected. This project utilizes a newly developed water distribution system, operating at full capacity during the 8-hour off-peak hours (valley electricity at 0.26 yuan/kWh), storing excess heat in the energy storage tank while maintaining low-temperature heating at night. During peak electricity rates during the day, the stored heat is then released for heating. In extreme cold weather, the energy storage automatic control system will automatically adjust some energy storage units to start and supplement heat during the day's off-peak electricity rate period, significantly reducing heating operation costs.Further integrating photovoltaic power generation, a clean and intelligent energy system with integrated photovoltaic storage has been established, further reducing the operation costs of the park.
