The building's facade is composed of a grid of windows in four different sizes, creating a square and simple tower structure. However, the varied grid windows introduce an unexpected natural texture to the building, resembling the proliferation and transformation of biological cells. Through the grid, there's a series of meticulously arranged sky gardens, ensuring that the building's changes are felt from various angles and distances within the city.

The grid serves as both the exterior skin of the building and the primary load-bearing structure. Apart from the core shaft, columns are no longer required to support the interior, thus providing the indoor space with great flexibility.
