Stainless steel insulated water tanks are containers designed for thermal insulation, combining the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the high thermal insulation performance of materials like polyurethane. These tanks are typically composed of a three-layer structure:
Inner layer: Made of food-grade stainless steel material, such as SUS304, to ensure water hygiene and corrosion resistance.
Core Layer: Utilizes foam polyurethane, poly, and PEF as insulation materials, which offer excellent thermal retention and help minimize heat loss.
Outer Layer: Typically made of stainless steel plate or color steel plate, these materials provide structural strength and protect the inner materials from external damage.
