Fully Automatic Brush-Type Self-Cleaning FilterA precision equipment that directly intercepts impurities in water through a filter, removing suspended solids and particles, reducing turbidity, purifying water quality, and minimizing the generation of system dirt, algae, rust, etc., to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other system equipment. Water enters the self-cleaning filter body through the inlet, and due to its intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity sedimentation and send a signal to the drain valve for automatic draining.
Fully Automatic Brush-Type Self-Cleaning FilterPrinciple: Water enters through the inlet, first passing through a coarse filter to remove larger particles, then onto the fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter accumulates dirt and impurities from the water, forming a filtration layer. As the impurity layer builds up on the inside of the fine filter, a pressure difference is created between the inner and outer sides of the filter. When the pressure difference in the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process begins. The supply of clean water continues uninterrupted; the cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction cleaner drops significantly. A suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the pressure difference between the filter cylinder and the suction pipe, creating a suction cleaning process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the suction pipe to perform an axial spiral movement. The combination of the axial and rotational motion of the suction cleaner cleans the entire inner surface of the filter. The entire flushing process takes only a few seconds. The drain valve closes at the end of the cleaning. The filter then prepares for the next flushing cycle.
The untreated water enters the unit through the inlet, with impurities settling on the stainless steel filter mesh, creating a pressure difference. The pressure difference switch monitors changes in the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, and when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter core, while the control valve opens to drain waste. The entire cleaning process takes only a few seconds. Upon completion of the cleaning, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, ready to proceed to the next filtration step. After installation, the equipment is adjusted by a technician, setting the filtration and cleaning transition times. The untreated water enters the unit through the inlet, and the filter begins normal operation. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter core, while the control valve opens to drain waste. The entire cleaning process takes only a few seconds. Upon completion of the cleaning, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, ready to proceed to the next filtration step.
