Insulated Filter PouchThe design features double and triple jacket structures. The double jacket consists of a shell jacket added outside the cylinder for thermal insulation, with inlet and outlet ports. The direction of these ports can be customized according to the customer's on-site pipeline requirements to maintain or increase the temperature of the fluid inside the filter cylinder, preventing crystallization and solidification due to temperature drop, enhancing the filtration speed of viscous liquids, and meeting the temperature requirements for the subsequent process. Additionally,Insulated Filter BagSelect different materials (Q235 high-quality carbon steel, SUS304, SUS316L) based on varying filtration conditions to produce jacketed heat-insulating filters with different material and internal structures.
