GL SeriesPE Filter Rod Micro-Porous Filter Machine(PAPE Tube Filter, for short) Utilizes sintered composition tubes as the filtration medium. After preliminary treatment, the wastewater and waste gas containing suspended solids pass through the medium, effectively retaining solid particles larger than 0.5 micrometers, achieving the goal of removing suspended solids. Quick gas backblowing removes the residue while lifting the filter tubes, ensuring a closed and safe filtration process with no gas leakage. The specially designed sealing ring allows for the rapid closure of the large-diameter pneumatic discharge bottom cover, making it unnecessary to use lifting equipment for cover removal, and facilitating easier and quicker cleaning and maintenance.

The performance against chemical corrosion is particularly excellent, with resistance to various acids, alkalis, and salts; it withstands most organic solvents below 70 degrees Celsius. It is odorless, non-toxic, and free of foreign matter leakage, making it suitable for applications in industries such as food, chemicals, electroplating, water treatment, and oil field water injection.
■ Temperature Resistance: Micro-porous PE medium - ≤80°C, Micro-porous PA medium - ≤100°C, Micro-porous PAC medium - ≤120°C. Filtration Precision and Flow Rate: Dependent on factors such as the average capillary pore diameter, wall thickness of the micro-porous medium, filtration pressure difference, and material parameters (fluid viscosity, particle viscosity, concentration, etc.). Proper determination requires experimentation and calculation.

Refined chemical, food and beverage, light industry, textile, metallurgy, electromechanical, shipbuilding, and industrial production along with solid and liquid separation for waste treatment. Suitable for precision filtration with high throughput, high solid content, and specific filter cake requirements (such as activated carbon decolorization liquid, catalysts, ultra-fine crystalline materials, etc.).
