Working Principle:

Bagged clump material enters from the inlet and is subjected to vibration and compression by four vibration rollers from two vibration frames (each weighing 220KG) during its journey along the conveyor belt. The frequency of vibration is 1000 times per minute. Afterward, it is discharged from the outlet, completing the process of vibration compression and loosening.

Due to the varying shapes and hardness of different material lumps, this equipment is equipped with a forward and reverse button switch. The purpose of the button switch is to allow for reversing the direction when encountering difficulty in entry, or when the lumps are particularly severe, by pressing the reverse button to dislodge them before re-entering and reactivating the vibration.
