Operating Principle:

Bagged clinker material enters from the inlet, where it is subjected to vibration and compression by two vibration rollers of the (220KG heavy) vibration frame during its journey along the conveyor belt. The frequency of vibration is 1000 times per minute, and the processed material is then discharged through the outlet, completing the vibration and compression process to loosen the material.
