Working Principle:

Bagged agglomerate material enters from the inlet, and during its forward movement on the conveyor belt, it is subjected to vibration and compression by a total of four vibration rollers, consisting of two sets (each weighing 220kg), at a frequency of 1000 times per minute. It is then discharged at the outlet, completing the process of vibration and compression to loosen the material.

Due to the varying shapes and hardness of different material lumps, this equipment is equipped with a forward and reverse button switch. The purpose of the button switch is that when encountering difficulty in entry or severe lumpiness, you can press the reverse button to remove the lump and then re-enter for another vibration.
