Operating Principle:

Bagged clinker material enters from the inlet, and during its forward movement on the conveyor belt, it is subjected to vibration and compression by a total of four vibration rollers, each weighing 220KG, at a frequency of 1000 times per minute. Afterward, it is discharged at the outlet, completing the vibration and compression process to loosen the material. It is then transported to a higher level, serving the dual function of vibration and loose loading.

Due to the varying shapes and hardness of different material lumps, this equipment is equipped with a forward and reverse button switch. The purpose of the switch is to, when encountering difficulty in entry or when the lumps are particularly severe, pressing the reverse button to reverse out and then re-enter for another vibration.
