U-bolts are categorized by material, including carbon steel Q235, Q345 alloy steel, and stainless steel 201, 304, 316, etc., with distinctions between carbon steel and stainless steel. 1. Strive to ensure that the waterstop steel plate is aligned with the centerline of the wall.
The welding between the two steel plates must be full and double-sided, with the overlap of the steel plates not less than 20mm.
3. Wall corner treatment: 1. Full steel plate bending; 2. T-shaped welding; 3. 7-shaped welding.
4. The support welding of the waterstop steel plate can be done by spot welding with small rebars onto the main reinforcement.
5. When the waterstop steel plate passes through the column hoop reinforcement, the hoop reinforcement can be cut and shaped into an open hoop, which is then welded onto the steel plate.
