Ensure the waterstop steel plate is positioned on the centerline of the wall.
Welding between the two steel plates must be full and double-sided, with a lap of at least 20mm.
3. Corner treatment of the walls: 1. Whole sheet steel bending; 2. T-shaped welding; 3. 7-shaped welding.
The support welding of waterstop steel plates can be done by spot-welding small reinforcing bars onto the main bars.
When the waterstop steel plate passes through the column hoop reinforcement, the hoop reinforcement can be severed to create an open hoop, which is then welded onto the steel plate.
6. The waterstop steel plate's "opening" faces the incoming water surface.
