The steam dryer is constructed of angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold rolled steel. The insulation is filled with high-density silica-alumina wool, ensuring both the dryer's insulation properties and user safety. The heater can be installed at the bottom, top, or sides. Temperature control is achieved with a digital intelligent instrument. The dryer features two types of air duct designs: horizontal and vertical air distribution. The steam dryer operates based on the principle of heat exchange, utilizing the heat emitted by the steam radiator to create a heat circulation process. This process involves a fan continuously drawing air, causing the material inside the drum to be continuously turned over, thus gradually drying.
