The potential quality loss due to the use of substandard kilns in wood drying equipment is attributed to non-drying process conditions. However, a more significant factor has emerged in the marriage - the drying equipment of the wood drying equipment process. Typically, post-use waste accounts for over 10% of production.
An isolation wall is installed inside the drying kiln, dividing it into an air heating chamber and a wood drying chamber. The top of the isolation wall features a fan, while the bottom is equipped with an exhaust vent. The wood drying chamber has an exhaust channel at the top, ensuring a smooth air circulation. This allows for a temperature difference of no more than 1 degree within the kiln's corners. Moreover, the design of the isolation wall prevents wood near the combustion furnace from burning due to excessive heat, while the wood away from the furnace remains un-dried, resulting in more even drying.
It is manufactured using a helical heating system, consisting of a combustion chamber, heat exchange room, steam generator, and combustion assistance devices. It is energy-efficient with a high heat conversion rate. The fuel required for combustion includes wood chips, sawdust, and coal. Moreover, our product ensures an adequate supply of steam to the drying kiln, which, during the initial drying phase, increases the indoor humidity due to the large amount of steam entering, thereby preventing wood deformation and cracking.
