Air leakage in the drying machine must be addressed promptly. Inspection methods for air leakage in the drying machine:
1. With chicken feathers or matches, during inspections, one can detect air leaks at the welding points of the drying machine equipment. By bringing a feather close to the inspection area, any leaks will be visibly captured in the equipment's surface gaps.
2. Ignite a match and move it close to the equipment surface; any air leaks will be quickly detected. Air leaks can be judged by the hissing sound they produce.
3. Apply water with your hand to feel. Negative pressure air leakage is when air flows from the outside into the system. Place your hand close to the wall and equipment surface; if there's an air leakage, you will feel a draft, and due to the dampened hand, the leakage can be easily detected.
