How to Prevent Rust on Used Drying Machine Equipment? Let the drying machine manufacturer explain it in detail below.

Electrostatic Powder Coating Method. The electrostatic powder coating method involves applying a new type of powder coating to the cylinder of a second-hand drying machine. The powder coatings used in this method offer corrosion resistance comparable to stainless steel, allowing us to fully substitute carbon steel for stainless steel. Moreover, these coatings are characterized by their toughness, durability, and decorative qualities, along with excellent outdoor weather resistance and heat resistance. They also exhibit superior resistance to industrial second-hand drying machine corrosion, anti-powdering, and luster, as well as vibrant color. They can completely replace second-hand drying machines made of stainless steel, significantly reducing costs.

2. The welding joints utilize Austenitic nickel-chromium stainless steel for welding. Many parts of a second-hand dryer require welding, and the materials used in the outdated welding often suffer from fractures and corrosion, significantly impacting the lifespan of the second-hand dryer. The distinction between Austenitic nickel-chromium stainless steel and ordinary carbon steel lies in its poor thermal conductivity, larger coefficient of expansion during heating, and unique resistivity characteristics. These properties necessitate the use of specialized welding methods. However, this steel boasts excellent corrosion resistance and is less prone to fractures.

3. Passivation and Phosphatization Methods. The passivation and phosphatization methods primarily utilize electrochemical reactions to restore the original color of rusted steel workpieces through a single treatment, while simultaneously forming a dense anti-rust film on the metal surface. After applying this method, even when the equipment is placed in a humid environment, rusting is prevented. Moreover, this method is extremely simple, significantly saving labor and materials, reducing investment, and is an effective anti-corrosion solution.
