A flat bag centrifuge is a common type of centrifuge, and proper operation is crucial. Today, we'll introduce the usage method of the flat bag centrifuge:
1. When placing the centrifuge, it must be on a level surface. Ensure the flatness of the base plate, and make sure there are no gaps between the bottom surface of the four anti-vibration feet and the contacting ground.
2. After confirming the location, secure the anchoring foot screws in the seismic foot screw holes (expansion screws can be used for fixation).
3. After connecting the machine to the power source, check the motor's rotation direction and run it according to the direction indicated in the manual. Before the machine operates, make sure to push the plug into the socket. The start-up method is: turn on the power, then press the "Low Speed" button on the variable frequency inverter panel. The machine will then begin to start up, usually operating at three levels: low, medium, and high. Normally, it starts at low speed, starts feeding at medium speed, and dries at high speed. This is the sequence for starting up a flat bag centrifuge!
4. Note: Electric control cabinets should be placed on-site as needed. If there are flammable or explosive gases or liquids in the production area, explosion-proof operation buttons must be installed in the production site!
5. When installing the filter cloth, ensure it is evenly placed. Avoid bunching the cloth as you tighten the clamp screws; pull it out evenly. When placing it on the drum, try to adhere it as closely as possible to the drum wall, ideally creating an integrated look with the drum!
6. Opt for a dynamic feeding method for the flat bag centrifuge, meaning to start feeding once the machine is running and the rotational speed reaches the feeding rate. This approach is more conducive to separation!
7. During production operations, it is strictly prohibited to open the lid while the drum is still rotating. If opening the lid is necessary, wait until the machine has stopped!
8. Determine the shutdown time based on the flow rate observed in the drain pipe. When you see no water coming out of the drain pipe, it indicates that the liquid has been spun dry. At this point, you can press the 'Shutdown' button on the electrical box, and the centrifuge will gradually come to a stop!
9. After the flat-bottomed centrifugal machine has completely stopped, release the lid lock hook, open the lid, pull the pin out of the slot, hoist it onto the hoist board with the lifting device, and then remove the material.
10. Once the material is lifted to the unloading position, release the lifting equipment, unload the material, then insert the pin in the turntable, secure the filter cloth, and cover the lid to finish!
This concludes the guide on the operation of the flat-bottomed bag centrifuge; we hope it aids in your enhanced use of the equipment.
