Adjusting the used propeller blade dryer appropriately enhances production. During operation, it ensures even contact and maintains specific parameters within the axial range without confusion, thereby solidifying the process stability. However, to achieve optimal performance, proper adjustments are still necessary.
Propeller Dryer Adjustment: 1. Pressure gauges and pressure regulators must be installed on the inlet pipe of the heating or cooling medium. A valve must be installed before the inlet to prevent the equipment from working under pressure. The temperature of the heating medium must not exceed the rated operating temperature.
2. When installing a rotating joint with a single-end configuration at the shaft end, attention should be paid to the surface within 200mm of the end of the pipe fitting inserted into its inner cavity, which should be smooth, hole-free, rust-free, debris-free, and scar-free, meeting the sealing requirements for heating (or cooling) media, and the size should be appropriate. Like the rotating joint with double-end installation, it must pass a pressure test without leakage before the overall debugging can be carried out.
3. Inspect and adjust gear or chain drives to meet mechanical transmission requirements. Conduct checks on motors and electrical equipment. When toggling the motor power switch, ensure there are no binding issues with the motor and its transmission components, and confirm that the main shaft is rotating in the correct direction (the blades should face forward when spinning).
4. Start the motor and allow the equipment to run at no load. The operation should be smooth and free of abnormal noises. For equipment with a speed control device, adjust the speed within the adjustable range, and accelerate slowly to check if the speed control characteristics meet the requirements. No-load operation should not be less than 30 minutes.
5. The propeller drier gradually heats or cools, observing its operation, adjusting the parameters of the heat or cold source. Equipment with a cooling protection device must open the cooling water valve before steam is introduced.
