Inspection Process of Used Pressure Reactor
During the operation of the pressure reactor, it is necessary to regularly check the swing amount of the stirrer shaft. If an excessive swing amount is detected during use, it should be immediately disassembled and replaced according to the structural diagram, with the magnetic stirrer's composite sleeve or graphite sleeve design lasting for 1-2 years. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, it is recommended to replace them once a year.
Prior to disassembling the pressure reactor, the equipment should first be drained of its reaction material inside, and to a certain extent, cleaned with a harmless gas-liquid medium during operation. The upper part of the magnetic stirrer with variable temperature and speed has an oil filling hole, which is set for injecting grease into the bearings during shutdown. It can only be used after the pressure inside the reactor is released, with 30-50cc added each time.
During operations, inspect the magnetic stirrer of the reaction kettle. It is not necessary to open the kettle lid during operation. Simply loosen the nut connecting the lid, and avoid introducing iron and magnetic materials or other impurities into the gaps between the inner and outer magnetic steel during disassembly. Ensure the concentricity of the inner and outer magnetic steel with the sealing cover. When installing, tighten the bolts evenly and symmetrically, doing so in 2 to 3 stages to prevent the bolts from being unevenly distributed and damaging the sealing gasket, which could affect the seal.
