The newly delivered airtightness testing equipment features a dual-channel design, enabling simultaneous testing of multiple samples. This design significantly enhances testing efficiency, reduces waiting times, and provides clients with an optimized production process. Airtightness Testing Equipment Introduction:
LS4000 Direct Pressure Leak Detection Instrument: Independently developed and manufactured by Longshi Instruments, featuring high precision, stability, and automation. It detects internal gas pressure changes within products through direct pressure, to assess their airtightness performance.
Dual-Station Desktop Assembly: The airtight assembly design features two independent test stations, enabling simultaneous testing of two different models and specifications. It also supports quick changeover capabilities for compatibility with multiple products. During testing, the two stations do not interfere with each other, significantly enhancing testing efficiency.
Test Process:
Feedstock: Place the castings to be tested in the corresponding position of the fixture.
2. Sealing: The workbench fixture automatically seals the die castings, ensuring no gas leakage during the testing process.
3. Test: Initiate the LS4000 Direct Pressure Leak Detection Instrument to perform an airtightness test on sealed die castings. The testing time is approximately 25 seconds, during which the equipment will automatically record and analyze the test data.
4. Result Determination: The airtightness tester possesses high-precision monitoring capabilities, enabling real-time observation of the airtightness conditions within the sealed cavity, including specific details of gas leaks and their changing trends. Through the analysis

5. Data Recording: Upon completion of the test, the device will automatically save the test data to the historical records, allowing users to directly view or easily export it to EXCEL format via a USB drive for further data processing.
