Wastewater Evaporator Treatment Method
Three common treatment methods in the wastewater evaporator industry include electrolysis, biological methods, and evaporation.
Electrolysis Method. The electrolysis method utilizes the electrochemical properties of metal ions in electroplating wastewater, where pollutants can undergo oxidation and reduction reversals at the anode and cathode, transforming into harmless substances or producing water-insoluble precipitates. This electroplating wastewater treatment method has low requirements for wastewater分流, eliminating the need for wastewater分流.
2. The Biochemical Method, which relies on the artificial cultivation of functional bacteria, utilizes the electrostatic adsorption of microorganisms for catalytic conversion and flocculation. This method produces high-quality effluent and allows for the recovery of useful substances.
3. Evaporation Concentration Method. This method involves treating wastewater through an evaporator to achieve concentration and reuse of the liquid, which is particularly suitable for highly concentrated wastewater containing heavy metals. The evaporation concentration process effectively recovers heavy metals from wastewater, with relatively low energy consumption and a simple, mature technology, enabling the efficient recycling and reuse of wastewater.
