Cutting machine

The sludge cutting machine consists of core components such as a single-axis blade disk, blade head, and main shaft, which cut particles through high-speed rotation. It primarily targets large solid particles, long fibers, plastic films, convenience bags, wood blocks, paper sheets, and rubber, etc., that hinder the pipeline in the sludge dewatering process, causing sticky agglomeration inside the machine. This machine is independently developed as a matching equipment based on advanced foreign technology. It operates in a sealed manner and is generally suitable for the feed screw pump in front of centrifugal dewatering equipment in dewatering rooms or in industrial product processes.
