Paint Booth Operation Tips: During painting, the external air is filtered through the primary filter by the fan and directed to the roof, then it undergoes secondary filtering and purification through the top filter before entering the booth. The air inside the booth is fully downward flowing at a speed of ≥0.3 m/s, ensuring that paint mist particles do not linger in the air. They are directly exhausted outside through the bottom filtration system. This continuous cycle maintains high air cleanliness within the booth, and the air supply has a certain pressure to prevent dust from渗漏 into the paint booth, contaminating the workpieces. This maximizes the quality of the paint job. During baking, adjust the air door to the baking position, enabling hot air circulation. The temperature inside the baking booth rapidly increases to the pre-set drying temperature (≤80℃). The fan filters fresh external air, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger, and sends it to the air chamber at the top of the baking booth. After secondary filtering, the hot air is recirculated through the air door, absorbing a small amount of fresh air while the majority is reheated for continued use, gradually raising the temperature inside the baking booth. Once the temperature reaches the set point, the burner automatically shuts off; when the temperature falls below the set point, the fan and burner automatically restart to maintain a relatively constant temperature inside the booth. After the set baking time is reached, the baking booth automatically shuts down, and the baking process is complete.
